About Tina
Starting therapy is one of the most courageous steps you can take, and I'm honored to walk alongside you when you do. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families move through some of life's hardest moments: crushing anxiety, the grip of addiction, family relationships strained by years of unresolved conflict, and anger that feels impossible to control.
My approach is simple: therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you're free to say the things you've never said out loud, explore the patterns holding you back, and build real, practical tools for lasting change, not just quick fixes for a hard week. Whether you're facing a racing mind at 3am, rebuilding trust after addiction, breaking a painful family cycle, or learning to manage anger before it manages you, we'll work together at a pace that respects where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
I work with clients across every stage of life: teens, young adults, adults, seniors, couples and families.
Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling, happier life takes courage, and you don't have to take it alone. I'd be honored to support you on that journey.
Tina earned her master's degree in counseling psychology from Alvernia University.
