Refer a patient
Primary care providers, therapists, schools and other clinicians can refer patients to Locascio Wellness. We offer psychiatric care and medication management in Pennsylvania, therapy in five states and psychological evaluations, all by secure video. Our psychiatrist is accepting new patients and referrals.
What we can help your patients with
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management, for patients located in Pennsylvania
- Individual, couples, family, teen and child therapy, for clients located in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Arizona, Colorado, or Florida
- Psychological evaluations (autism, ADHD, learning, cognitive, personality, disability), for people located in Pennsylvania, West Virginia or Arizona
- Coordination with you, with the patient's written permission
How to refer
- Call us at 267-573-9817 to discuss a referral. Tell us which service the patient needs and the state they live in.
- Or have the patient reach out. They can use our contact form for psychiatry, book a free therapy consultation, or send an evaluation request.
- Records. Please do not send health information by regular email. Call us and we will arrange how to share records securely.
Good to know
- All care is by secure video. Patients must be physically located in a state where the clinician is licensed during each visit.
- Our therapists do not prescribe. Our psychiatrist sees patients located in Pennsylvania only.
- We verify insurance before the first visit. Psychological evaluations are private-pay with a sliding scale.
- We do not provide emergency or crisis services, in-person care or Act 235 evaluations. A patient in crisis should call or text 988, or call 911.
