Can I see a psychiatrist online in Pennsylvania?
Yes. Our psychiatrist sees patients by secure video. You need to be physically located in Pennsylvania during each visit, with a private space, a steady internet connection and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
Is the psychiatrist accepting new patients?
Yes, and referrals from other providers are welcome. Send us a message or call, say you are interested in psychiatry, and we will explain the next steps, including appointments, fees and coverage for your plan.
Do I need to be in therapy with you to see the psychiatrist?
Ask us when you reach out and we will explain the options for your situation. If you do see one of our therapists, the psychiatrist and your therapist can coordinate your care with your permission.
Does insurance cover psychiatry visits?
It depends on your plan, and coverage for psychiatric visits can differ from coverage for therapy. Ask us to verify your benefits before your first visit so you know what to expect.
I live outside Pennsylvania. Can I still see the psychiatrist?
Not at the moment. Our psychiatrist treats people located in Pennsylvania. Our therapists also see clients in West Virginia, Arizona, Colorado and Florida, and medication questions there belong with your own prescriber.
